Moose Charities Per Capita Report

Brothers,

Attached is the Moose Charities All Giving Report. It gives you a breakdown of what lodges must give to reach their per capita total or $1 more total to qualify for the Premier Lodge Award. It is simple to use to get and idea of what the lodges need to send in to qualify. There have been some question so I'll try to explain what each column means.

  • Column A is the Lodge number
  • Column B is the Lodge name
  • Column C is the District
  • Column D is the total amount given in the 2019-20 Moose Year
  • Column E is the amount needed to reach $1 more in giving for the 2020-20 Moose Year
  • Column F is the amount given so far this year as of the date of the report and does not include amounts sent in during the current month
  • Column G is the number of members on roll as of 4-30-20 and is taken from the final AED report of 2019-20 and is used to figure the per capita total
  • Column H is the per capita amount needed to meet this year's goal based on membership times the $9.05 per capita amount set by Moose International
  • Column I is the amount still need to reach the per capita goal
  • Column J tells whether a Lodge has qualified for the Premier Lodge Award either by meeting the per capita number of the $1 more
  • Column K is the monthly amount needed to be sent in (including the current month) to reach the most reachable goal (per capita or $1 more)

I hope these explanations help! Remember that even if a Lodge reaches either of these goals they still need to send in their Endowment each month to qualify. We already have two Lodges that have missed too many endowments to qualify. These goals are still realistic for most of our lodges so lets try to get as many as we can to earn the premier Lodge Award and show that even during hard times the Moose can generous and giving to our children and seniors!

Thank you for all you do and please stay safe!

Sincerely,
