All lodges are expected to have representation at our meetings.
Bring all Legion membership applications and dues with you to the meeting. I will process them immediately following each meeting. This way I can illuminate mistakes or answer any questions that may otherwise delay processing.
Don't forget to sell and bring the blue raffle tickets to each meeting. The $500.00 drawing is conducted at the end of every meeting. I will have more tickets with me at each meeting.
All lodges are required to submit $300.00 to the Tazewell Lodge for the cost of our Annual Picnic. Harry suggested that lodges ask their gaming partners for support in covering these costs. They have been very supportive in the past. Please submit payment as soon as possible.
